Digital License

LICENSE GRANT

Upon a valid purchase of a ZIZOU DESIGN digital artwork, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The purchase does not transfer ownership, copyright, commercial rights, or any other intellectual property rights in the artwork. All rights not expressly granted under this Digital License are reserved.

This Digital License should be read together with the ZIZOU DESIGN Terms & Conditions . The Terms & Conditions govern the general website and purchase relationship, while this Digital License governs permitted and prohibited use of purchased artwork.

PERMITTED PERSONAL USE

You may download and store the purchased file on your personal devices or storage accounts, maintain reasonable backup copies, and print the artwork for your own private, non-commercial use.

Reasonable technical adjustments necessary for personal display or printing, such as resizing or proportional scaling, are permitted.

You may provide the purchased file to a professional printing service only to the extent reasonably necessary to produce a personal print for you.

Providing the file to a printing service does not grant that service any independent right to retain, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, license, or otherwise use the artwork.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not share, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, give away, rent, lend, or otherwise make the purchased digital file available to another person, whether for payment or free of charge.

You may not use the artwork for advertising, branding, merchandise, resale prints, products for sale, business materials, commercial websites, commercial social media content, or any other commercial or revenue-generating purpose without separate written authorization.

You may not incorporate the artwork into another digital product, template, collection, bundle, stock asset, design resource, downloadable product, or other work intended for distribution, licensing, or sale.

You may not modify, transform, or adapt the artwork for the purpose of distributing, publishing, licensing, selling, or commercially exploiting a derivative work. Modification does not create ownership rights in the original or modified artwork.

ONLINE SHARING

The purchased full-resolution file may not be uploaded, published, or otherwise made available online or through social media in a manner that allows another person to obtain, reproduce, or redistribute the file.

Public previews already displayed by ZIZOU DESIGN may be shared through ordinary social-media sharing features where permitted by the platform, provided that the artwork is not represented as your own and no purchased full-resolution file is distributed.

AI, DATASETS & DIGITAL ASSETS

The artwork may not be uploaded, supplied, or otherwise used to train, fine-tune, develop, evaluate, or create datasets for artificial intelligence, machine-learning, generative, or similar automated systems without prior written authorization from the owner of ZIZOU DESIGN.

The artwork may not be minted, tokenized, licensed, sold, or otherwise used as or in connection with an NFT, blockchain-based asset, or similar digital asset without prior written authorization.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All original digital artworks, photographs, designs, and other creative works offered under the ZIZOU DESIGN brand are created and owned by the owner of ZIZOU DESIGN and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

COMMERCIAL & EXTENDED LICENSING

A standard purchase includes only the personal, non-commercial rights granted under this Digital License. Any commercial, editorial, promotional, advertising, merchandising, publishing, or other professional use requires separate written authorization.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Any use outside the rights expressly granted by this Digital License is unauthorized unless separately approved in writing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the license granted to a purchaser may be terminated following a material violation of its terms. Termination does not waive or limit any rights or remedies available in relation to the violation.

APPLICABLE RIGHTS

Nothing in this Digital License excludes, restricts, or waives any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
