Digital License

LICENSE

The purchase of a digital artwork from ZIZOU DESIGN grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

The purchaser receives permission to use the purchased digital file according to this license. Ownership of the artwork and its copyright remains with ZIZOU DESIGN and the original creator.

PERSONAL USE

Purchased digital artwork may be downloaded, stored on personal devices, and printed for the purchaser's own personal, non-commercial use.

Personal prints may be displayed in private homes or other personal spaces belonging to the purchaser.

PROHIBITED USE

Purchased artwork may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared as a downloadable file, or made available to others for reproduction.

The artwork may not be used for commercial products, merchandise, advertising, branding, promotional materials, resale prints, or other commercial purposes without prior written permission from ZIZOU DESIGN.

MODIFICATION

Purchasing an artwork does not grant permission to claim the work as an original creation or to create and distribute modified, derivative, or substantially reproduced versions of the artwork as independent works.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All copyrights and intellectual property rights associated with the original artwork remain with ZIZOU DESIGN and the original creator unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

Purchasing or downloading a digital artwork does not constitute a transfer or sale of copyright.

COMMERCIAL LICENSING

Individuals or businesses interested in using ZIZOU DESIGN artwork for commercial, editorial, promotional, licensing, or other professional purposes may contact ZIZOU DESIGN to request a separate license.
