Refund Policy

FINAL SALE POLICY

ZIZOU DESIGN products are delivered digitally and may be made available immediately after purchase. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, the sale is generally final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not generally provided because a customer changes their mind, purchases the wrong artwork, no longer wants or needs the product, is dissatisfied based solely on personal preference, or does not download or use a product that was properly delivered.

This Refund Policy should be read together with the ZIZOU DESIGN Terms & Conditions , which govern the general purchase and transaction relationship.

TECHNICAL OR FILE ISSUES

If a purchased file is genuinely corrupted, incomplete, missing, inaccessible, or cannot be downloaded as intended because of a technical problem, please contact ZIZOU DESIGN.

ZIZOU DESIGN will ordinarily attempt to resolve the problem by restoring access, correcting the issue, or providing a replacement file where appropriate. A technical problem does not automatically require a refund when the purchased product can reasonably be repaired, replaced, or made accessible.

If a genuine technical problem cannot reasonably be resolved, an appropriate remedy may be considered or provided in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing the transaction.

DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES

A suspected duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or other billing error should be reported promptly so that the transaction can be reviewed.

A verified billing error may be corrected or refunded as appropriate through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its checkout.

LEMON SQUEEZY & TRANSACTION REFUNDS

Purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer terms, refund procedures, and responsibilities as Merchant of Record.

Lemon Squeezy may process or issue refunds, handle chargebacks or payment disputes, or take other transaction-related action in accordance with its own terms, policies, legal obligations, and Merchant of Record responsibilities. This Refund Policy does not restrict that authority.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or waives any refund, cancellation, withdrawal right, warranty, remedy, or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
